6. Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Provide proof (photos/videos).

6.2 Change of Mind Returns

  • Must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
  • A restocking fee may apply.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened headphones/earphones for hygiene reasons

  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs

  • All new electronics come with a manufacturer warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover:
